The Fee for Program Listing

Program amount increase fee (only if the issuer intends to raise the maximum outstanding balance (program amount))	JPY 1 million	Last day of the month following the month in which update program information is submitted

(note)

･Program updates mean that an entity which conducts a program listing newly submits update program information which starts from the following day of the last day of the expected issuance period indicated in the original program information without changing the type of securities.

Listing fee (excluding the case where the Applicant has submitted program information and the relevant listing takes place during the expected issuance period specified in the program information)	JPY 1 million	Last day of the month following the month of listing

･Notwithstanding what is indicated in the above table, the Exchange may from time to time change issuer fees pursuant to the rules of the Exchange if such change is determined by the Exchange to be necessary for the development of the market. In this case, the Exchange shall notify to that effect in advance on the website of the Exchange.
