Apr. 28, 2015 TSE TSE Admits First Remote Trading Participant from Hong Kong

 

Tokyo Stock Exchange will welcome Susquehanna Hong Kong Limited as its first remote trading participant on May 1.
The Remote Trading Participant system was established in February 2009 to allow foreign securities brokers without business bases in Japan to directly participate in the exchange market as a trading participant.
With the admission of the participant, the number of general trading participants will be 96.

Outline of New Trading Participant

Susquehanna Hong Kong Limited is a participant of HKEx and engages in dealing in securities and derivatives on behalf of its affiliates and market making in derivatives.
