The third party allotment conducted by AGET Inc. (Mothers, 7853) may occur over several share issues during the period of September 29 to September 30, 2014. All new shares issued through this allotment (scheduled to be 16,684,000) will be included in the number of listed shares used to calculate the index at the same time. The new shares will be added after the close of trading on the 4th business day following the additional listing date by the final payment (2nd business day following the final payment date). In case all shares are not issued during the payment period, only the new shares issued will be included after the close of trading on October 8, 2014.
