Dec. 08, 2014 TSE Calculation of TSE Indices in relation to shares of Chuetsu Pulp & Paper Co.,Ltd. (3877)

 

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. announced today that although the third party allotment conducted by Chuetsu Pulp & Paper Co.,Ltd. (1st division, 3877) may occur over several share issues during the period of December 18, 2014, to May 29, 2015, all new shares issued through this allotment (scheduled to be 16,892,000) will be included in the number of listed shares used to calculate the index at the same time. The new shares will be added after the close of trading on the 4th business day after the last additional listing (2nd business day after the final payment). In case all shares are not issued during the payment period, only the new shares issued will be included after the close of trading on June 8, 2015.
