Jan. 23, 2015 TSE Calculation of indices in relation to shares of NSD CO., LTD.

 

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) made an announcement today regarding calculation of TOPIX and its sub-indices concerning the following gratis allotment of shares conducted by NSD (1st Section / 9759).

1. Summary of Gratis Allotment of Shares

Allotment Ratio ：0.1 shares for 1 common share
Ex-rights Date ：February 25, 2015
Record Date ：February 28, 2015　 (in effect, February 27, 2015)
Effective Date ：March 1, 2015
　(Note) The shares to be delivered in the allotment will be treasury shares held by the company.

2. Free-Float Weight (FFW)

The FFW of NSD on February 25, 2015 will be determined by multiplying the last FFW by 1.1.
*FFW is subject to change due to corporate action.

3. Base Price for Index Calculation

The base price of NSD for index calculation on February 25, 2015 will be determined by dividing the stock price used for calculation at the end　of trading on February 24, 2015 by 1.1.

4. Adjustments to Base Market Value

The adjustment amount due to this corporate action is 0.
