TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.
１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted

| （２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted | From Jun. 30, 2016 (Thu.) to Jul. 31, 2016 (Sun.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | Aug. 01, 2016 (Mon.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which such issue should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Provision | Securities Listing Regulations Rule 604-2, Paragraph 1, Item 3 (Related provisions: Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 5, Main Clause of the same regulations) (Due to falling under a case where a listed company was not able to clear, within a year, the liabilities in excess of assets the listed company had at the end of the business year) |

(hereinafter "the Company") had liabilities in excess of assets at the time of account settlement for the fiscal year ended March 2015, and TSE confirmed from the Securities Report submitted today that the Company has liabilities in excess of assets once again at the time of account settlement for the fiscal year ended March 2016. |
