２．Examination Period From Sep. 19, 2019 (Thu.) to Oct. 18, 2019 (Fri.)
３．Examination Result
 The average market capitalization of AKEBONO BRAKE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") during the one-month examination period as well as the market capitalization on the substantive final day of such period (Oct. 18, 2019) were both more than the required amount (JPY 1 billion). Due to this, the Company does not fall under the delisting criteria. （Rule 601, Paragraph 1, the second sentence of Item 7 of the Securities Listing Regulations）

(Note) On Sep. 18, 2019, the Company submitted a report on debt relief equivalent to 10/100 or more of the amount of its total debt and applied for an examination of a reconstruction plan, etc. pertaining to such relief, and TSE deemed such plan disclosed on the same day by the Company as appropriate. As such,TSE examined the Company's market capitalization during the above examination period pursuant to Rule 601, Paragraph 1, the second sentence of Item 7 of the Securities Listing Regulations and Rule 605,Paragraph 1 of the same regulations.
