| ３．Reason | Agile Media Network Inc. (hereafter "the Company") did not expect to be able to submit a securities report by Mar. 31, 2022 and obtained approval to extend the submission deadline to Apr. 28, 2022 by submitting a written application for approval of the extension of the submission deadline in accordance with the provisions of Article 15-2, Paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc. Today, the Company has disclosed that it does not expect to be able to submit the securities report by the statutory submission deadline, for which extension had been approved. If the Company does not submit the securities report by May 16, 2022, the eighth business day after the statutory submission deadline, TSE will decide to delist the stock of the Company. TSE designates the stock of the Company as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation), and informs investors of the possibility of a delisting. |
