Sep. 14, 2026 JPXTOCOMJSCC Tokyo Commodity Exchange Welcomes ABN AMRO Clearing Tokyo Co., Ltd. as a Broker Member for Trading TOCOM Electricity (Power) and Other Energy Futures

Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (TOCOM) has today approved ABN AMRO Clearing Tokyo Co., Ltd. (ABN AMRO) as a TOCOM Broker Trading Participant (Broker Member). Japan Securities Clearing Corporation (JSCC) has also granted ABN AMRO an Energy Futures Clearing Qualification as of the same date.

As of the scheduled qualification acquisition date of September 30, 2026, ABN AMRO will be the 12th Broker Member at TOCOM and the 13th Energy Futures Clearing Participant (Clearing Member) at JSCC and will be able to offer market participants a full range of services, from brokerage to clearing, for electricity (power) and other energy futures on TOCOM.

ABN AMRO will be the first financial institution under an overseas global financial group to obtain a Broker Member qualification from TOCOM since its merger with Japan Exchange Group, Inc. in October 2019.
