Jul. 21, 2026 TSE Corporate Governance Code (July 2026 Revision) Published

Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) has revised its Securities Listing Regulations in relation to revisions of the Corporate Governance Code. The revisions to TSE’s Securities Listing Regulations shall take effect from July 21, 2026.
