On August 3, Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) published “How Listed Companies Have Addressed Japan's Corporate Governance Code (Status as of July 14, 2022)”.

TSE revised Japan’s Corporate Governance Code in June 2021. This report provides information on the status of compliance with each principle of the revised Code, including the principles for the Prime Market, based on the "Reports on Corporate Governance" submitted by listed companies by July 14, 2022, after their AGMs in June 2022.
