Alternative Data Service (arrowhead)
Overview
JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. provides alternative data for arrowhead, the cash equity trading system. The data provided by this service is uploaded to buckets on the public cloud provided by Amazon Web Services, and customers can download and use the data they wish to use from buckets through the Internet using an Access Key ID etc., granted by JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. Please see "Alternative Data Service Guide" for more information on this service. Please see "Data Specification" for specifications of each data.
The downloaded data cannot be shared with third parties other than Affiliated Companies. For information on sharing the data with Affiliated Companies, please see "Price List" below.
Service Overview
The Service provides the following two types of data as "Alternative Data".

- System Stats Data and Timestamp Data contain no information that identifies the user who placed the order.
Customers can choose the Regular Service and/or Spot Data Service as shown below according to their Alternative Data usage preferences.

- For the Regular Service, System Stats Data is basically provided three times a day: Morning by 8:50 am, Daytime by 11:55 am, and EOD by 8:00 pm of the day. Timestamp Data of the day is basically provided by 3:00 pm of the following business day. (See service guide for details. All times are in JST.)
- For the Regular Service, data uploaded into the bucket is deleted after about two weeks. Customers who need the data after deletion can access it by applying for the Spot Data Service and specifying the relevant dates.
- The Spot Data Service provides data in sets of five (5) business days' data or more. Data is provided after the fee has been paid, so please allow some lead time. In addition, data availability varies for each data type, as shown in the table below.

- The Regular Service price is per month.
- The Spot Data Service price is per day of data. For example, if a customer applies for System Stats for the five days of June 3, June 5, June 30, July 1, and July 2 for internal use only, the service fee will be JPY 15,000 * 5 days = JPY 75,000. The minimum data provision for the Spot Data Service is five (5) business days.
- For the Spot Data Service, the processing fee of JPY 50,000 is charged separately for each order.
- Affiliated Companies are companies approved by JPXI among the companies with which the customer has a direct or indirect financial relationship of more than 50%. To share data with Affiliated Companies, a list of affiliated companies needs to be submitted. For more information on these procedures, please contact the address mentioned in below "Inquiries".
- The table below shows the number of virtual servers exclusively used by the customer and corresponding fees of the Timestamp Data. The fee for the month is determined by the number of these virtual servers at the beginning of the month. The first month is free of charge if deemed appropriate by JPXI.

Customers can apply to use this Service by agreeing to the “Terms of Conditions for JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. Information Services”entering into a contract with JPXI.

Procedures for the Regular Service
For the Regular Service, it will take at least five (5) business days from your application until the data is available. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.
