May 13, 2015 TSE Formulation of the "Japan's Corporate Governance Code"

The Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter, “TSE”) has formulated the “Japan’s Corporate Governance Code” (hereinafter, the “Code”), which has the same content as the “Japan’s Corporate Governance Code [Final Proposal]” finalized on March 5, 2015 by “The Council of Experts Concerning the Corporate Governance Code” (Chairman: Kazuhito Ikeo, Professor of Economics and Finance, Keio University). The Code forms an “Exhibit” of TSE’s Securities Listing Regulations.
The Code and the associated rules will enter into force on June 1, 2015.
