Apr. 10, 2026 TSE Regarding the Publication of Draft Revisions to the Corporate Governance Code

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) and Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. have put together draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code and have begun to solicit public comments on them as of today.

In addition, to mark the compilation of draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code, the FSA has released a message addressed to management of listed companies, the person in charge at listed companies, and institutional investors who have accepted the Stewardship Code.
