Apr. 28, 2026 TSE Update to the Request Concerning Management That is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price

Since March 2023, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. has been requesting that all listed companies on the Prime Market and Standard Market take "Action to Implement Management That is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price."
We have updated our previous request and compiled key points on investor expectations and initiatives, with a particular focus on the appropriate allocation of management resources.
