| ３．Reason for Submission | On Jun. 23, 2016, Techno Medica Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed results of an investigation by a third-party committee regarding inappropriate accounting at the Company, and then disclosed corrections to past earnings reports, etc. on Aug. 19, 2016. This was a case of inappropriate disclosure arising from deficiencies in the Company’s organizational structure for conducting appropriate timely disclosure, and improvements to the organizational structure were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE required the Company to submit a report containing the background of the issue and improvement measures. |
