Nov. 24, 2017 TSE Public Inspection of Improvement Report: SHINYEI KAISHA

| ３．Reason for Submission | On Aug. 14, 2017, SHINYEI KAISHA (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed the results of an internal investigation regarding illicit trading by its consolidated subsidiary and corrections to past earnings reports. This was a case of inappropriate disclosure arising from deficiencies in the Company’s organizational structure for conducting appropriate timely disclosure, and improvements to the organizational structure were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE required the Company to submit a report containing the background of the issue and improvement measures. |
- After submission of the Improvement Report, etc. by the Company, they will be made available on the JPX website and through the TDnet database service.
