TSE has confirmed that the issuer of the following issue meets the continued listing criteria (amount of net assets).

| ２．Reason | Due to confirmation that the amount of net assets was positive as of the end of the business year (Dec. 31, 2022) as shown in the Securities Report submitted today by the issuing company (Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 501, Paragraph 1, Item (1), Sub-item d.) |
- ･This announcement is made in accordance with previous criteria as the issuing company was in a grace period pertaining to the delisting criteria (liabilities in excess of assets) for the old market segments. Matters such as falling under or meeting the continued listing criteria for the new market segments are disclosed in a "plan to meet the continued listing criteria" and "reports on its progress towards the plan" in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations, and TSE will therefore not announce these separately. However, if the stock is designated as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) or the designation is cancelled, and if delisting is determined or the stock is designated as Securities to Be Delisted, TSE will continue to make announcements.
