Apr. 28, 2026 TSE Scheduled Dates for Annual General Shareholders Meetings of TSE-listed Companies Whose Fiscal Year Ended March 2026
Every year, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) conducts an Annual General Shareholders Meeting Survey of TSE-listed companies whose fiscal year ends in March. Based on the responses, it then makes available on the Japan Exchange Group (JPX) website a list of scheduled dates for said companies' annual general shareholders' meetings and other related information.
We are pleased to announce that we have compiled the trends of this year's annual general shareholders' meetings as indicated in the following attachment.

The 2026 list of scheduled dates for annual general shareholders' meetings and other related information regarding TSE-listed companies has been published today, so please refer to the following JPX webpage.
- ･The contents of the attachment have been compiled based on the responses received from 1,659 companies (77% of listed companies whose fiscal year ends in March) by April 24, 2026 (certain items excluded).
- ･As TSE is still accepting responses from listed companies, information is subject to changes and revisions. Updated information will be posted on the website regularly.
