MAMIYA-OP CO.,LTD (Code: 7991, Market Division: Standard Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its securities report of the fiscal year ending Mar. 2022 by the Jun. 30, 2022 (Thu.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Jun. 30, 2022 (Thu.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the securities report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Jul. 1, 2022 (Fri.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).
