Nov. 15, 2022 TSE Alert regarding Submission of Quarterly Report by CAPITA Inc.

CAPITA Inc. (Code: 7462, Market Division: Standard Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its quarterly report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending Mar. 2023 by the Nov. 14, 2022 (Mon.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Nov. 14, 2022 (Mon.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the quarterly report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Nov. 15, 2022 (Tue.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).

*The Company's quarterly report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending Mar. 2023 was confirmed as submitted on Nov. 15, 2022 (Tue.).
