TSE notifies that the grace period of an issue pertaining to not being a substantial surviving company due to merger, etc. will be removed as follows.
*This decision is based on the results of the examination by Japan Exchange Regulation.

3.Reason | Nissan Securities Group Co., Ltd. (old trade name: Okato Holdings,Inc.; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), made Nissan Securities Co., Ltd. (unlisted) its wholly-owned subsidiary as of Oct. 1, 2020 through a stock swap. TSE deemed that the Company was not a substantial surviving company due to the stock swap and the stock of the Company entered a grace period on the same day. After examining the Company's stock, TSE deemed that the Company satisfied criteria equivalent to the initial listing criteria and has today determined to remove the grace period. |
