| ３．Details of Reason | On Jan. 16, 2024, ImageONE Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed a third-party committee’s investigation report concerning the Company’s inappropriate accounting processing and disclosed corrections to past earnings reports on Jan. 31, 2024. This case was caused by the inadequacy of the Company’s organizational structure for appropriately conducting timely disclosure, and improvements were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE requested the Company to submit a report stating the background of the case and improvement measures ("Improvement Report") on Mar. 5, 2024. |
- After submission of the Improvement Report, etc. by the Company, it will be made available on the JPX website and through the TDnet database service.
