Aug. 22, 2024 TSE Designation of Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation): NEXT FUNDS Russian Equity Index Exchange Traded Fund
TSE has designated an issue as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation) as follows.

Due to falling under cases where a decision concerning an amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust has been made, which falls under establishment of an investment trust agreement period (Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1115, Paragraph 1, Item (2) ) |
| ３．Details of Reason | Today, the management company pertaining to NEXT FUNDS Russian Equity Index Exchange Traded Fund (hereinafter the “ETF”) announced that it plans to make a decision by Nov. 19, 2024, concerning an amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust for the ETF (hereinafter the “Amendment”) that will make the investment trust agreement period expire on Jul. 8, 2050. If the management company pertaining to the ETF approves the Amendment in accordance with the aforementioned plan, the ETF will be delisted. As such, TSE deems that the ETF is likely to be delisted and thus has designated it as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation). Note: If the decision on the Amendment is made on Nov. 19, 2024, the ETF will be delisted on Dec. 20, 2024. If the management company pertaining to the ETF decides not to conduct the Amendment due to changes in the trading environment regarding Russian assets, TSE will de-designate the ETF as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation). |
