Nov. 05, 2024 TSE Alert regarding Submission of Securities Report by SHINWA WISE HOLDINGS CO.,LTD.

SHINWA WISE HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. (Code: 2437, Market Division: Standard Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its securities report of the fiscal year ending May 2024 by the Nov. 1, 2024 (Fri.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Nov. 1, 2024 (Fri.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the securities report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Nov. 5, 2024 (Tue.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).

*The Company's securities report of the fiscal year ending May 2024 was confirmed as submitted on Nov. 5, 2024 (Tue.).
