| ３．Details of Reason | TOSHIN HOLDINGS CO.,LTD (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed an investigation report of a third party committee concerning inappropriate accounting processing in the Company group on Feb. 14, 2025 and disclosed corrections to past earnings reports on the same day. This case was caused by the inadequacy of the Company’s organizational structure for appropriately conducting timely disclosure, and improvements were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE requested the Company to submit a report stating the background of the case and improvement measures ("Improvement Report") on Apr. 15, 2025. After that the Company submitted the Improvement Report today. |
