| ３．Details of Reason | FISCO Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed that the Company found items that should be corrected in its past consolidated financial statements on Aug. 4, 2025 and disclosed corrections to its past earnings reports on Aug. 8 of the same year. This case was caused by the inadequacy of the Company’s organizational structure for appropriately conducting timely disclosure, and improvements were deemed highly necessary. As such, TSE requested the Company to submit a report stating the background of the case and improvement measures ("Improvement Report") on Sep. 19 of the same year. After that the Company submitted the Improvement Report today. |
