Nov. 17, 2025 TSE Alert regarding Submission of Semiannual securities report by NICHIRYOKU CO.,LTD.

NICHIRYOKU CO.,LTD. (Code: 7578, Market Division: Standard Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its Semiannual securities report of the fiscal year ending Mar. 2026 by the Nov. 14, 2025 (Fri.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Nov. 14, 2025 (Fri.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the Semiannual securities report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Nov. 17, 2025 (Mon.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).

*The Company's Semiannual securities report of the fiscal year ending Mar. 2026 was confirmed as submitted on Nov. 17, 2025 (Mon.).
