TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.

From Mar. 30, 2026 (Mon.) to Apr. 19, 2026 (Sun.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | Apr. 20, 2026 (Mon.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the investment security should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Reason (Related Clause) |
Due to falling under a case where the Exchange deems delisting of the investment security as appropriate (Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1520, Paragraph 2, Item (1), t.) |
| （５）Details of Reason | At the general investors meeting of Japan Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (hereinafter "the investment corporation") held today, the agenda item regarding a reverse investment unit split with a split ratio at which each of the investment securities held by investors other than specified entities will be less than one investment unit was approved. |
２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
The investment security of the investment corporation will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Mar. 31, 2026 (Tue.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
