(hereinafter "the investment corporation") announced its approval of a takeover bid to be made by Tiger Limited Partnership and Lion Limited Partnership for investment securities of the investment corporation (hereinafter "the investment securities"), which may have resulted in the delisting of the investment securities. Based on this announcement, TSE had deemed that the investment securities were likely to be delisted and designated said investment securities as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). Today, TSE has decided to de-designate the investment securities as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation), because the takeover bid failed. |
