Due to falling under cases where a decision concerning an amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust has been made, which falls under establishment of an investment trust agreement period (Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1115, Paragraph 1, Item (2) ) |
| ３．Details of Reason | Today, the management company pertaining to iShares MSCI Japan SRI ETF (hereinafter "the ETF"), made a decision concerning an amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust for the ETF that will make the investment trust agreement period expire on Nov. 25, 2026 and announced said decision. If the agenda of the aforementioned amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust is approved by written resolution of the beneficiaries scheduled for Oct. 20, 2026, the ETF will be delisted on Nov. 21, 2026. As such, TSE deems that it is likely that the ETF will be delisted and thus has designated the ETF as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). |
