Aug. 14, 2026 TSE Alert regarding Submission of Semiannual securities report by Headwaters Co.,Ltd

Headwaters Co.,Ltd (Code: 4011, Market Division: Growth Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its Semiannual securities report of the fiscal year ending Dec. 2026 by the Aug. 14, 2026 (Fri.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Aug. 14, 2026 (Fri.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the Semiannual securities report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Aug. 17, 2026 (Mon.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).
