Oct. 15, 2026 TSE Alert regarding Submission of Semiannual securities report by ARCHITECTS STUDIO JAPAN INC.

ARCHITECTS STUDIO JAPAN INC. (Code: 6085, Market Division: Growth Market) (hereinafter "the Company") did not submit its Semiannual securities report of the fiscal year ending Feb. 2027 by the Oct. 15, 2026 (Thu.) submission deadline as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. On Oct. 15, 2026 (Thu.), the Company disclosed that it had completed preparing the Semiannual securities report but could not submit the report and that it will submit the report on Oct. 16, 2026 (Fri.).

In consideration of the reason above, Tokyo Stock Exchange has not designated the stock of the Company as a Security Under Supervision (Confirmation).
