Oct. 20, 2026 TSE Decision on Delisting, etc.: iShares MSCI Japan SRI ETF
TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.
１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted

| （２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted |
From Oct. 20, 2026 (Tue.) to Nov. 20, 2026 (Fri.) |
| （３）Delisting Date | Nov. 21, 2026 (Sat.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the above beneficiary certificate should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |
| （４）Reason (Related Clause) |
Due to falling under the establishment of an investment trust agreement period in an amendment to the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust (Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1112, Paragraph 1, Item (3), Sub-item b (b) ) |
| （５）Details of Reason | The written resolution of the beneficiaries made today by the management company pertaining to iShares MSCI Japan SRI ETF (hereinafter "the ETF"), approved the agenda on the establishment of an investment trust agreement period set to expire on Nov. 25, 2026 as per the basic terms and conditions of the investment trust pertaining to the ETF. |
２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
The beneficiary certificate of the ETF will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Oct. 21, 2026 (Wed.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin transactions and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
