Oct. 01, 2020 TSE Trading halt due to system glitch (Third report)

TSE announced earlier that trading of all listed symbols has been halted at arrowhead. Additionally trading at ToSTNeT has been halted too. Flex market data distributed so far is all invalid. Once a recovery timeline is arranged, it will be announced.
