Feb. 26, 2024 TSE Temporary Trading Halt due to the Consolidation of Stocks for Beat Holdings Limited (code: 9399)
On February 16, 2024, Beat Holdings Limited (code: 9399) disclosed that it plans to consolidate stocks for its issue with a record date of March 26. Tokyo Stock Exchange will temporarily halt trading in accordance with the suspension of book-entry transfer of such stocks at Japan Securities Depository Center, Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as "JASDEC").
Temporary Trading Halt and Resumption of Trading on the Auction Market and ToSTNeT Market
The trading will be temporarily halted on the auction market and ToSTNeT market as follows.

- ･Trading will be halted all day during the above period.
- ･During the trading halt period, information on the issue will be distributed through arrowhead and the market information system.
- ･Information on the issue for the period from March 25 (Mon.) to March 29 (Fri.) will be distributed with the price adjusted by the consolidation of stocks as the base price.
Restriction on Transactions Designating a Specific Settlement Date in the ToSTNeT market
In the ToSTNeT market, it is possible to trade on the 2nd day (excluding holidays, the same applies below) from the date of conclusion of a trading contract or the 4th day to the 10th day from the date of conclusion of a trading contract. However, due to the restriction on book-entry transfer at the JASDEC as a result of the recent consolidation of stocks, it will not be possible to conduct transactions on certain specified settlement dates. Therefore, the system will be controlled to disable trading on certain settlement dates starting on March 13 (Wed.).
