The following changes are scheduled for shares of Asahi Glass Company,Limited (Code: 5201)
•A reverse split of common stock (five shares shall be consolidated into one share )
Effective day: July 1, 2017
•The trading unit shall be changed from 1,000 to 100 shares
Day of amendment: July 1, 2017
In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the following items as listed below relating to security options based upon the above security on June 28, 2017.
