Sep. 26, 2025 OSE Adjustment of Strike Prices in Securities Options: Effective from September 29, 2025

As previously announced on September 12, 2025, stock splits are scheduled for 4 underlying securities of securities options effective from October 1, 2025.
In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the strike prices of securities options based upon these underlying securities on September 29, 2025.
* In addition to the series listed in the appendix, the strike prices of flexible options will also be adjusted accordingly.
* If there are odd lots less than one yen in the strike price, they shall be rounded to the nearest yen (For strike prices of flexible options, odd lots less than the second decimal place shall be rounded to the nearest yen.).
