Sep. 29, 2025 OSE Adjustment of Strike Prices in Securities Options: Effective from September 30, 2025

As previously announced on September 8, 2025, the implementation of dividend in kind of subsidiary shares (stock distribution spin-offs) of SONY GROUP CORPORATION (Code: 6758) is scheduled to take effect from October 1, 2025.
In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the strike prices of securities options based upon these underlying securities on September 30, 2025.
Number of Securities for One Delivery Unit after adjustment shall be “104”.
* In addition to the series listed in the appendix, the strike prices of flexible options will also be adjusted accordingly.
* If there are odd lots less than one yen in the strike price, they shall be rounded to the nearest yen (For strike prices of flexible options, odd lots less than the second decimal place shall be rounded to the nearest yen.).
