May 21, 2026 OSE Adjustment of Strike Prices in Securities Options: Effective from May 22, 2026

As previously announced on May 8, 2026, beneficiary right splits with an ex-rights date of May 22, 2026 and a trading unit change effective on the same date are scheduled for the underlying securities of the relevant options.
In accordance with this, OSE shall adjust the strike prices of securities options based upon these underlying securities on May 22, 2026.
* In addition to the series listed in the appendix, the strike prices of flexible options will also be adjusted accordingly.
* If there are odd lots less than one yen in the strike price, they shall be rounded to the nearest yen (For strike prices of flexible options, odd lots less than the second decimal place shall be rounded to the nearest yen.).
