Jan. 16, 2026 OSE Revisions to the Method for Setting Exercise Prices for Nikkei 225 Options

Osaka Exchange, Inc. will revise the method for setting exercise prices for Nikkei 225 Options with less than three months remaining until expiration in the following manner. This revision will apply to instruments created in and after the day session on February 16, 2026.
