Aug. 07, 2026 OSE Handling of the Last Trading Day, etc. of Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures (September 2027 Contract)
Trading in the September 2027 contract of Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with the last trading day scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, 2027. However, on the scheduled last trading day, Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), on which the underlying natural rubber futures (RU) are listed, may be closed due to the Mid-Autumn Festival in China.
If Wednesday, September 15, 2027 is designated as a public holiday in China and SHFE is closed, the calculation date for the final settlement price of RU will be deferred, which may affect the schedule for the final settlement date of Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures. Accordingly, Osaka Exchange (OSE) will change the last trading day and other relevant dates as follows.

If SHFE is not closed on September 15, 2027, trading in Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures on September 16, 2027, which will be the last trading day after the change, will be suspended for the entire day, and the settlement price will be carried over from the previous day.
