GMO internet,Inc. (4784) has submitted its December securities report. On January 1, 2025, after the end of the fiscal year, the company took over the internet infrastructure business and internet advertising and media business of GMO internet group,Inc. (9449) through a demerger (absorption-type).
Taking into account the distribution of shareholders of GMO internet,Inc. (4784), etc., we have decided to apply the current FFW to the company in this periodic review of the FFW.
