Oct. 10, 2025 JPXI Index Calculation in Relation to Shares of Hamee Corp.
Hamee Corp. (Standard: 3134; hereinafter "Hamee") is scheduled to conduct a corporate spin-off. The calculation of TOPIX and its sub-indices in relation to this corporate action shall be conducted as follows. Please note that “Change in Constituents’ Level Data (Forecast),” which includes the fundamental index data, will be distributed on or around October 27, 2025 through the Index Data Service.
- Inclusion of NE Inc. (Growth: 441A; hereinafter "NE")
NE (to be listed on November 4, 2025) will be included in TOPIX and its sub-indices from the opening on the same day for the index calculation. - Free-float Weight (FFW) and Coefficient of Hamee
The temporary FFWs and coefficients to be applied to Hamee on October 30, 2025 and October 31, 2025 will be determined by the formula below. No adjustments of the base market value will be made related to said changes in the FFW and coefficient on October 30, 2025.
「the last FFW and coefficient of Hamee × (Closing price of Hamee on October 24,2025) / (Closing price of Hamee on October 24,2025 - Public offering price of NE)」
(Note) Depending on the stock price and public offering price, the temporary FFW may exceed one (1).
On November 4, 2025 and thereafter, the FFWs and coefficients will be reverted to those that would normally be applied.
