- ･Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE") and Osaka Exchange ("OSE") have shortened the public comment window due to the following reason:
TSE and OSE will revise their rules in connection with the partial amendments to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act("FIEA"), which will be implemented on April 1, 2025. TSE and OSE intend to implement the revisions on the implementation date of the amended FIEA. As such, the window for public comment will close on March 12, 2025.
