OSE is hosting the "JPX Kitahama Festa 2021 Online", which marks the seventh installment of this annual event.
The annual make a wish in "Wishes for Tanabata" are being accepted through JPX's website this year, same as last year.
The wishes received will be written on tanzaku (strips of fancy, oblong paper) and decorate the bamboo branches in the atrium on the first (ground) floor of the OSE building. After the Tanabata event ends, the tanzaku will be ceremoniously burnt as an offering at Hatamono Shrine, said to be the birthplace of Tanabata and located in Katano city, Osaka prefecture.
The "Wishes for Tanabata" can be viewed on official JPX social media.
Also, from the perspective of launching a comprehensive exchange last year, JPX is planning to hold webinars focused on derivatives as well as an exhibition of panels online featuring this year's theme, "Rubber".
