Jan. 16, 2018 TSE Decision on Delisting, etc.: POCKET CARD CO.,LTD.

 

TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.

１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted

（１）Issue Name POCKET CARD CO.,LTD. stock
(Code: 8519, Market Division: 1st Section)
（２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted From Jan. 16, 2018 (Tue.) to Jan. 31, 2018 (Wed.)
（３）Delisting Date Feb. 1, 2018 (Thu.)
(Note) In cases where circumstances in which the company should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date.
（４）Provision Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 20
(Due to falling under cases where the Exchange deems delisting as appropriate.)
（５）Reason At the general shareholders meeting of POCKET CARD CO.,LTD. (hereinafter "the Company") held today, the agenda item regarding a reverse stock split with the ratio at which the number of shares held by the shareholders (excluding ITOCHU Corporation (Code:8001, Market Division: 1st Section) (hereinafter "ITOCHU"), GIT Corporation (unlisted), wholly owned subsidiary of ITOCHU, FamilyMart Co., Ltd. (unlisted) (hereinafter "FamilyMart"), BSS Co., Ltd. (unlisted), wholly owned subsidiary of FamilyMart and another shareholder) of the Company will be a fraction less than one share was approved.

２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money

The stock of the Company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Jan. 17, 2018 (Wed.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
