Apr. 18, 2018 TSE Approval of Initial Listing (TOKYO PRO-BOND Market): List USD-Denominated Foreign Bond on TOKYO PRO-BOND Market with Value of USD 1 billion (Japan Finance Organization for Municipalities)

 

Today, Tokyo Stock Exchange approved a USD-denominated bond with a total value of USD 1 billion (tenor: 5 years, coupon: 3.250%) from Japan Finance Organization for Municipalities for listing on the professional-oriented TOKYO PRO-BOND Market.

Japan Finance Organization for Municipalities has listed program information since February 2, 2016. This listing will be the sixth series of individual bonds listed under the program. The lead underwriters of this bond are Barclays Bank PLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Limited and Mizuho International plc.
