Due to the hosting of events, tours will be suspended on the following dates:

Information
- Please enter through the west entrance.
- If you have booked a guided tour, please complete the security check and registration at least 5 minutes before the start time.
- Large luggage such as suitcases and carry-on cases are not allowed. If you bring such items, you may be denied entry.
- If you feel unwell inside the facility, please inform a nearby staff member.
- Photography is allowed inside the facility, but photographing or recording our staff is prohibited.
Self-Guided Tour
TSE Arrows is now open to public during the following hours. No advance reservation is required.
If you plan to visit with a group of 10 or more people, please contact us in advance by email. We may need to adjust the time of your entry to avoid overcrowding.

Guided Tours
TSE staff will guide you through the set tour.
During the same time slot, only one type of guidance (Japanese, English, or with an interpreter) is available.
* TSE will not provide interpretation. Visitors are required to bring their own interpreter.
| Reservation and Prior Consultation | Reservation is required at least 7 days in advance. If you wish to join a guided tour in English or a tour with an interpreter, please be sure to consult us in advance using this "Consultation Form." * If you make a reservation without prior consultation, you will not be able to join the tour even if you bring an interpreter. |

Stock Investment Game
| Eligibility | Anyone who has booked a guided tour *You must be able to perform basic operations on a computer |
| Number of Visitors | 1 to 30 people * A group of more than 30 people booking a guided tour can have everyone participate in the stock investment experience. However, please note that due to the limited number of devices available, some people may need to share a device. * When making a reservation, we will book for 30 people due to system settings. |
