Listed companies are obligated to immediately disclose the details of their financial results for a business year or consolidated accounting year, for an interim accounting period or interim consolidated accounting period, and for cumulative quarterly accounting periods or cumulative quarterly consolidated accounting periods, once such details are finalized.
